Landscape Architect/Planner
Ms. Moser is a licensed landscape architect and has provided environmental analysis, recreation/visual resource management, and project management for BIO-WEST. She has more than 10 years of experience working on a variety of site-design, revegetation/ restoration, resource-management, environmental, and community-planning projects. Ms. Moser has professional experience writing, researching, and compiling data. She has designed Wildlife Management Area Site Plans; established a Scenery Management System for a national forest; conducted site analyses; designed site plans; managed resource databases; prepared construction documents; performed land-use, recreation, visual, and vegetation-resource analyses for National Environmental Policy Act documents; assisted with writing and preparing community ordinances and master plans; and prepared and facilitated public workshops.
