Mr. Sands serves as a principal, project manager, environmental analyst, and recreation/visual resource management specialist for BIO-WEST. His studies emphasize natural-resource management, resource-management planning, recreation planning, land-use planning throughout western North America. Mr. Sands possesses 21 years of work experience including 17 years with BIO-WEST, and 12 months with the U.S. Forest Service.
