Environmental Analyst
Mr. Sim has worked as an environmental analyst for BIO-WEST for three years. He has a strong natural resources background and has professional experience writing environmental documents, analyzing data, performing GIS and remote sensing analyses, sampling and identifying plants, writing technical reports, editing documents, interpreting aerial photographs, and collecting field data of all kinds. He has a working knowledge of most Federal and State environmental acts and regulations. His software experience includes using GIS and remote sensing programs from both UNIX and MS operating systems. Mr. Sim also has training and experience using TNM noise analysis software for determining and predicting traffic noise impacts from highway projects. He has an M.S. in Geography from Utah State University, a B.S. in Environmental Studies with Environmental and Geo-spatial Analysis emphasis from Utah State University, and an A.S. in Natural Resource Management from Ricks College. | Skills & Qualifications
