Environmental Analyst II

Mr. Sim has a strong natural resources background and professional experience writing environmental documents, analyzing data, performing GIS and remote-sensing analyses, sampling and identifying plants, writing technical reports, editing documents, interpreting aerial photographs, and collecting field data of all kinds. He has a working knowledge of most Federal and state environmental acts and regulations. Mr. Sim's software experience includes GIS and remote-sensing programs from both UNIX and MS operating systems. He also has training and experience using TNM noise analysis software for determining and predicting traffic noise impacts from highway projects. Mr. Sim holds an M.S. in geography from Utah State University, a B.S. in environmental studies with an environmental and geospatial analyses emphasis from Utah State University, and an A.S. in natural resource management from Brigham Young University - Idaho (formerly Ricks College).
