Planner

Ms. Williams recently began working as a planner at BIO-WEST. She is currently involved with the planning of two Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) projects. Her responsibilities include gathering and analyzing complex social and environmental systems, researching management costs and evaluating possible management agency candidates. She has nearly three years of planning experience. She holds a B.L.A. from Utah State University and an A.S. in Science from Snow College.

 Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in ArcGIS (ArcView and ArcMap), AutoCAD and LandCAD, Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop), and Sketch-up

  • Skilled in hand and computer graphics

  • Knowledgeable in several project management programs (Deltek and Microsoft Project Manager)
