Senior Wildlife Biologist
Mr. Sipos has more than 14 years of experience working with natural resource issues including threatened and endangered species, wetland delineation, habitat assessments, wildlife and vegetation surveys, and surface mine reclamation. His knowledge of the National Environmental Policy Act process is thorough, and he has contributed to numerous biological assessments, biological evaluations, categorical exclusions, and Environmental Impact Statements. Mr. Sipos has also delineated wetlands for major roadway and bridge replacement projects, assisted clients with obtaining permits, and frequently consulted with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on wetland issues. He has extensive experience in the application of GIS and GPS technologies to natural resource studies. Mr. Sipos has developed GIS-based data management tools for long-term reclamation/restoration, environmental monitoring, and geologic investigations in Texas, Nevada, and Arizona. He holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in wildlife science from New Mexico State University. | Skills & Qualifications
