Environmental Analyst

Mr. Keenan has worked as an environmental analyst for BIO-WEST for one year. His realm of experience includes academic, field, and professional social and environmental research, data collection, and publication. In his eighteen years of professional experience, he has published dozens of articles, book chapters, and reviews and has designed and conducted quantitative and qualitative social research, utilizing mail and telephone surveys, focus groups, and ethnographic observation. He is currently participating in the preparation of final documents for the Provo Westside Connector EIS and Gunlock Water Treatment Facility EA. He has a Ph.D. in Sociology, with emphases in Natural Resources and Rural Development from Utah State University; an M.S. in Sociology from Utah State University; and a B.A. in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Mesa State College.
