Environmental Analyst
Dr. Keenan's realm of experience includes academic, field, and professional social and environmental research; data collection; and publication. In his 19 years of professional experience, he has published dozens of articles, book chapters, and reviews and designed and conducted quantitative and qualitative social research utilizing mail and telephone surveys, focus groups, and ethnographic observation. Dr. Keenan is currently participating in the preparation of final documents for the Provo Westside Connector Environmental Impact Statement and Gunlock Water Treatment Facility Environmental Assessment. He has a Ph.D. in sociology with emphases in natural resources and rural development from Utah State University, an M.S. in sociology from Utah State University, and a B.A. in social and behavioral sciences from Mesa State College. | Skills & Qualifications
