Environmental Planner

Ms. Rigard's work experience includes landscape design, construction project involvement, and field-crew training and maintenance. She has completed research projects evaluating man-made impacts on natural resources; conducted wetland and upland vegetation assessments; and participated in field work, habitat evaluations, and GIS studies. In addition, Ms. Rigard is a skilled technical writer. She received her M.L.A. from Utah State University and holds a B.S. in landscape contracting from Pennsylvania State University.
