Ms. Holik's experience entails managing office traffic, answering and redirecting incoming calls, preparing expense vouchers and mileage reports, sieving sediment samples, maintaining office supplies, managing employee timesheets (generating and distributing), organizing company literature including digital files, ensuring proper maintenance of company vehicles, and assisting BIO-WEST personnel with various other administrative tasks.
