Dr. Twedt has been with BIO-WEST for more than 32 years. He is manager of the Physical Resources Division, senior water-resources engineer, and an aquatic ecologist with 34 years of experience in the coordination of numerous environmental-resource analyses and investigations involving the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), resource planning, hazardous materials, water development, water quality, hydrology, fisheries, habitat, and other natural-resource fields. Dr. Twedt is also a principal and officer of BIO-WEST, positions that require familiarity with the financial situations and problem-solving skills. He brings leadership and managerial capabilities to any project and, because of his involvement in a wide variety of NEPA-related and other complex multidisciplinary studies, he also brings a high level of scientific competence and understanding of discipline-specific and interdisciplinary issues affecting resources. Dr. Twedt holds a Ph.D. in water-resources engineering and aquatic ecology from Utah State University, an M.S. in fishery ecology from Utah State University, and a B.S. in fishery and wildlife biology from Iowa State University. | Skills & Qualifications
