BIO-WEST has provided environmental services—including wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species assessments, and cultural resource investigations—to clients developing pipelines and well pad sites throughout New Mexico, Texas, and Louisiana. The specific services provided include desktop reviews, aerial surveys, and field efforts to identify and report on natural and cultural resources and facilitate applications to the US Army Corps of Engineers for Nationwide Permits, Pre-Construction Notifications, and Individual Permits. ROW permitting 2BIO-WEST works closely with surveyors to accurately position project work spaces in areas where impacts to waters of the United States, including wetlands, are avoided or minimized. Once construction begins, environmental inspectors oversee project construction. ROW permitting 4Other provided permitting services have included Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, and submitting hydrostatic testing applications to the Railroad Commission of Texas.
