Harbor View LLC Phase I

BIO-WEST completed a Phase I real estate environmental assessment using ASTM protocols of 757 acres in 17 different parcels of agricultural, residential, and industrial properties owned by 17 different individuals using ASTM protocols. This included mobilizing a crew of three environmental professionals to complete the majority of inspections and interviews in a 2-day time period to meet the clients goals for financing to develop a master-planned community and golf course.

This Phase I included the following:

•   literature and background searches on the subject properties and neighboring properties,
•   site inspections, and
•   reviews of Federal, State, county, and city records.

The ASTM standard search radii were used for the record searches, and aerial photos, topographic maps, and interviews were used to determine historical use information. Interviews were also conducted with the subject property owners to gain additional information regarding each parcel. Under contract with Harbor View LLC. 2008.
