BIO-WEST completed a Phase I real estate environmental assessment using American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) protocols of 757 acres in 17 different parcels of agricultural, residential, and industrial properties owned by 17 different individuals. This included mobilizing a crew of three environmental professionals to complete the majority of inspections and interviews in a 2-day time period to meet the client’s goals for financing to develop a master-planned community and golf course.

The ASTM standard search radii were used for the record searches, and aerial photos, topographic maps, and interviews were used to determine historical use information. Interviews were also conducted with the subject property owners to gain additional information regarding each parcel.
